One artist’s vision of empowering women of domestic violence and homelessness….

Photographer, SanjaXOXO, has a passion for life and people. You will often hear her say, "Life is what you make it, so you better make it good!" Her project F.A.C.E.S. combines her love of artistic photography and her talent for make-up artistry with her passion to help people. She has put together a 2010 calendar of faces to launch her vision of creating a non-profit organization to provide beauty make-overs for women in shelters.

She is beginning with a shelter in Toronto, Canada. "There are thousands of homeless, battered and forgotten women in the world who need their spirits lifted. This project won't get to them all, but maybe it will inspire you all to make someone's day better and to appreciate all the women in your life."

Sanja's plan is to assemble other make-up artists, hair stylists and photographers to help her make her project a reality. Sales from the proceeds of calendars will help fund  a toiletry bag filled with personal care products for the women at the shelter. Please consider purchasing a calendar to help her help these women.
